The PEUGEOT CAREˆ delivers peace of mind by providing comprehensive and extended warranty cover for the electric motor, charging system, powertrain, and electrical and mechanical components on your new Peugeot for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
PEUGEOT CARE coverage is automatically activated for 2 years or 16,000 miles after each scheduled maintenance is carried out at a PEUGEOT-approved dealership.
PEUGEOT CARE is available on the latest generation of all-electric Peugeot line up. This additional warranty is a testament to Peugeot’s commitment to quality and reliability and provides additional peace-of-mind for those switching to the pleasure of electric motoring.

What is service-activated PEUGEOT CARE?
PEUGEOT CARE offers customers who maintain their vehicle by a participating PEUGEOT retailer extended coverage for their vehicle’s electric motor, charging system, powertrain, and electrical and mechanical components for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, after the end of the vehicle’s Manufacturer Warranty
Which vehicles are eligible?
PEUGEOT CARE is available on the latest generation of all-electric PEUGEOT models. For more details please refer to the terms and conditions.
Am I eligible for PEUGEOT CARE?
To be entitled to PEUGEOT CARE :
- your vehicle needs to be eligible (see T & C's)
- you should have had your vehicle serviced according to the recommendations in your vehicle’s service log book (even if it was not in the PEUGEOT network)
Then just perform your next service at a participating PEUGEOT authorised retailer.
Am I eligible if I haven't had all of my servicing by a participating PEUGEOT retailer?
Yes, you can still benefit from PEUGEOT CARE. If you have had any of your previous manufacturer servicing completed by a non-participating PEUGEOT retailer or by an indepedent motor trader, provided your vehicle is under 8 years old from the date of first registration and is below 100,000 miles. However, there may be limits to PEUGEOT CARE if the previous servicing needs have not been carried out according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Am I eligible for PEUGEOT CARE if I have bought my vehicle second hand?
Yes, you can still benefit from PEUGEOT CARE, provided your eligible vehicle is under 8 years old from the date of first registration, under 100,000 miles. Your vehicle must be serviced according to the recommendations in your vehicle’s service log book (even if it was not in a participating PEUGEOT retailer).
How does PEUGEOT CARE get activated?
PEUGEOT CARE cover is activated once your recommended scheduled servicing is completed by a participating PEUGEOT retailer. No extra steps or paperwork are required from you. And no extra cost!
What does PEUGEOT CARE cover?
PEUGEOT CARE covers faulty mechanical or electrical failures. Parts and labour are included. For more details please check terms and conditions.
What is not covered?
There are exclusions to your cover such as, but not limited to, infotainment system, routine maintenance, wear and tear items, accidental damage and modifications not approved by PEUGEOT. For more details please check terms and conditions.
