What does the 8 years roadside assistance cover?
Electric All In provides 8 years of roadside support for breakdowns, punctures, and emergencies. If repairs aren’t possible on-site, towing to the nearest Vauxhall repairer is included, with options for a courtesy vehicle or hotel accommodation if needed. The 8 years roadside assisstance is on the car not the owner, so its transferable if you decide to sell the car.
What happens if I run out of battery during a trip?
Electric All In offers 8 years of mobile charging assistance, covering up to 3 assistance calls per year. If your battery runs out, on-site recharging or towing to a nearby charging station (within 50m) will keep you on the road.
How do I get a home charger installation?
Speak to your dealer at the time of placing an order. Your dealer will submit a referral to Octopus Energy and Octopus will contact you via email to arrange your charger installation.
How do I get 10,000 free miles?
Once your Ohme home charger has been installed, Octopus will send you an email to opt to upgrade to their Octopus GO Tariff which will allow you to redeem your 10,000 free miles when upgrading to the energy tariff. The email will contain a promo code which you will need to enter on the Octopus Energy website.
What's included with the connected services?
Electric All In comes with unlimited access to Vauhxall Connect PLUS Pack. Its services include real-time navigation, remote access to vehicle status, battery monitoring, and more, so you stay informed and connected with your EV wherever you go. And using your Vauxhall app, by finding optimal charging stops along the way, so you’re always within reach of a power source.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By ordering a new Vauxhall electric passenger car from a participating retailer in the UK, you confirm your acceptance of, and agreement to, these Terms and Conditions.
1. Offer available on new Vauxhall electric passenger cars (excluding pre-registered or contract hire vehicles).
2. Offer available at participating retailers only. Arnold Clark sites are not participating retailers.
3. Offer applies to private individuals (18+) and Vauxhall Partners only.
4. Offer not available on pre-registered cars or cars on contract hire.
5. Offer applies to orders made between 1 December 2025 to 30 June 2026 (the "Offer Period").
6. Only one £500 contribution or credit per vehicle shall be provided. Plus, 8 Years Battery Warranty, 8 Years Roadside Assistance, 8 Years Mobile Charging Recovery & 6 months free Vauxhall Connect PLUS.
7. The £500 contribution or credit includes VAT.
8. To receive the Offer, you must be a UK resident.
9. This Offer may be used in conjunction with the Tesco Clubcard offer at https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/electric/tesco/tesco-clubcard.html for as long as such offer applies but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers provided by Vauxhall Motors Limited.
10. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Vauxhall’s privacy policy, which is available to view at https://www.vauxhall.co.uk/tools/privacy-policy.html.
11. If you exercise your right to cancel or withdraw your order, you will no longer be entitled to the Offer. If you have already received the Offer by the date on which you cancel or withdraw, Vauxhall will be entitled to full repayment of the £500 contribution or credit provided to you under this Offer.
12. Vauxhall reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw this Offer at any point in time. Information is correct at time of publication.
13. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, Vauxhall may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Offer.
14. Neither Vauxhall or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer or as a result of your participation in it, participation in any of the activities or as a result of the collecting or enjoying the vehicle, the EV charger + free miles, or the £500 public charging credit. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Offer.
