– Three fully insured named drivers

– A new vehicle every three years
– Annual road tax included
– Full breakdown assistance
– Tyre repair and replacement

This is the payment you make at the beginning of your lease.  Some vehicles come with no advance payment; in which case you will have no additional cost.

To be eligible to join the Motability Scheme, you need to receive one of the following mobility allowances and you must have at least 12 months award length remaining:

– Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HRMC DLA)
– Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP)

Unfortunately, no other allowances can be used through the Motability Scheme under any circumstances. If you are unsure you can use this handy eligibility checker tool from Motability to see whether you could qualify for the Motability Scheme. Or contact your local Taylors dealership.

Depending on which vehicle you choose; you will exchange all or most of the higher rate mobility part of your weekly disability allowance for the course of your three-year lease.

According to the scheme guidelines, you need to have at least 12 months remaining on your award to join the Motability Scheme.  If you have less than 12 months remaining, you will not be able to place a new application until your allowance is extended or renewed.

You may order your next car three months before the end of your current lease.  However, it is a good idea to start thinking about your next vehicle even before this due to possible manufacturer lead times.

If your next car is delayed being delivered for some reason, then we can arrange a short-term extension of your current lease in the meantime.

You will be required to maintain your car in good condition throughout your lease, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Therefore, it is important to get the vehicle properly repaired if your car gets damaged outside of what may be considered reasonable. This may include things such as deep dents and scratches, tears or stains on the interior or large cracks in any plastic trim.

If you are unsure whether the damage would be considered reasonable, contact one of our dealerships and we will be more than happy to advise.

Yes, you can choose through hundreds on new cars many with nil advanced payments. We can help you source new Vauxhall Motability cars, Peugoet Motability cars and Ford Motability cars through the scheme, with weekly rentals to suit your budget.
