Taylors of Boston Wins Ford’s Prestigious President’s Award for Outstanding Authorised Repair Services
Taylors of Boston is proud to announce that it has been honoured with the prestigious President’s Award by Ford for its exceptional performance as an Authorised Repair Centre. This distinguished accolade places Taylors of Boston among an elite group, as one of only three authorised repair centres in the UK to receive this recognition. The award is decided by the Ford Senior Management Team based on exceptional service and performance.
The award is a testament to the outstanding efforts of the entire service team, led by Service Manager Jason McKue, in delivering excellence in both department performance and customer service. Taylors of Boston achieved fantastic results in customer satisfaction surveys throughout 2024, consistently exceeding expectations in quality, efficiency, and care.
Sarah Bettle, Ford Customer Service director, made a special visit to Taylors Ford to present the team with this stunning award and congratulate them for their incredible achievement within the Ford network.
