Richard Qualifies as Ford Master Technician

We’re proud to share some fantastic news from our workshop team in Boston.

Richard Barnes has successfully completed his Ford training and is now officially a Ford Certified Master Technician. This is a significant achievement, representing the highest level of technical expertise within the Ford network.

Richard is presented here with his certificate by Jason McKue, Service Manager, marking the culmination of extensive training, assessments, and hands-on experience across the Ford range.

With this qualification, Richard joins Matt, Sam, and Adam as part of our elite team of Master Technicians. Having four Master Technicians on-site means our customers can be confident their vehicle is in the safest possible hands - whether it’s routine servicing, complex diagnostics, or advanced repairs.

We are incredibly proud of our team for continually improving their knowledge, developing their skills, and embracing the latest technology and training. The motor industry is constantly evolving, and our technicians work hard to stay at the forefront, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of care and expertise for our customers.
