Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week at Taylors Peugeot

This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to celebrate the apprentices who are helping shape the future of Taylors Peugeot and our workshop team.

We currently have two apprentices developing their skills at Taylors Peugeot in Boston. Harry and Mikolaj are both completing three-year apprenticeships with the Stellantis Performance Academy, where they receive industry-leading manufacturer training alongside valuable, hands-on experience in our workshop.

Through their apprenticeships, Harry and Mikolaj are learning directly on the job while also being regularly assessed at the Stellantis Performance Academy training centre in Coventry. This combination of practical experience and structured manufacturer-led training ensures they develop the technical knowledge, confidence, and standards required to work on modern Peugeot vehicles.

We believe apprenticeships are vital to the long-term success of our workshops. By investing in young talent and providing the right manufacturer training from the start, we’re building a skilled team for the future while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

We’re incredibly proud of the progress Harry and Mikolaj are making and look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow and develop their careers with Taylors Peugeot.
