SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Taylors Select, Wainfleet Road, Skegness
Hours: Flexible (Full-time or part-time considered for the right applicant)
Salary: Competitive

Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team at Taylors Select in Skegness.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll support both our Sales team with the day-to-day administration involved in selling used vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing vehicle orders and preparing sales invoices
• Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records
• Organising vehicle registrations and taxation with the DVLA
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure all pre-sale preparation is completed on time
• Preparing vehicle handover files and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
• Communicating with internal departments to support a seamless customer journey
• General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident with IT systems
• Able to manage their workload independently in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator who can work effectively across departments
• A team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly
• Previous administration experience (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
• Experience with Keyloop or similar dealer management systems would be an advantage
