SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Taylors Peugeot & Select, Ashton Hall Drive, Boston
Hours: Flexible (Full-time or part-time considered for the right applicant)
Salary: Competitive

Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Administrator to support our busy and successful sales team at Taylors Peugeot & Select in Boston.

Representing both new & used car sales, our operation continues to go from strength to strength. As a result, we are expanding our team to ensure we continue delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll support both our Sales team with the day-to-day administration involved in selling new and used vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing vehicle orders and preparing sales invoices
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle stock records
  • Organising vehicle registrations and taxation with the DVLA
  • Liaising with the workshop to ensure all pre-sale preparation is completed on time
  • Preparing vehicle handover files and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
  • Communicating with internal departments to support a seamless customer journey
  • General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the department

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with IT systems
  • Able to manage their workload independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who can work effectively across departments
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly
  • Previous administration experience (automotive experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Experience with Keyloop or similar dealer management systems would be an advantage
