Taylors Motor Group is experiencing an exciting period of growth. With a new brand recently joining the group and continued investment across our Boston and Skegness sites, we have opportunities for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our expanding teams.
Our group is proud to represent Peugeot, Vauxhall, Ford, Citroën and Leapmotor, with demand for our services continuing to grow.

About you
We’re looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional, supportive team. You’ll need:
- Minimum IMI Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience working in the motor trade
- Strong technical and diagnostic skills
- A professional approach and commitment to high standards
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in keeping up with the latest vehicle technology
Experience within a main dealer environment would be advantageous, but we’re interested in your skills and experience – not just where you’ve worked before.
