Taylors Service and MOT can be carried out at all four of our depots, plus repairs can be undertaken using the latest diagnostic equipment and factory trained service technicians.

If it is Peugeot servicing, repairs and MOTs, then Taylors of Boston Peugeot Dealer is your first choice, offering a professional and friendly first class service for all Peugeots, from the newer range of Peugeot cars to older versions including the Peugeot 205 and Peugeot 306.
Taylors of Skegness Ford Dealer and Taylors Ford Service in Boston provide servicing, repairs and MOTs for the range of new Ford cars, and also older cars including the Ford Escort and earlier models of the Ford Fiesta and Ford Mondeo.
Servicing
It is vitally important to have your vehicle regularly serviced at the manufacturer specified intervals.
These will vary from vehicle to vehicle and so you should check your owners manual for clarification. If you are unsure, give one of our service team members a call, and they will be glad to help.
Regular servicing ensures that your vehicle will give you many miles of untroubled motoring and keep your engine healthy.
Even if you only do a few thousand miles per year, you will still need an annual service, as oils and filters can deteriorate over time meaning performance can decrease, fuel consumption can increase and problems with major engine components can occur.
Regular servicing is essential in keeping your vehicle in optimum condition and to maintain its service history, an important factor in helping to retain your vehicle’s residual value.
All our service departments are authorised to carry out vehicle repairs and you can be confident in the knowledge that with our experienced factory-trained service technicians and the latest diagnostic equipment and tooling, that your vehicle will be in safe hands. If any work is needed to bring the vehicle up to the necessary standard we will always seek you approval before undertaking the work.
If your car is covered by the manufacturers warranty, or you have a used car warranty policy, it is possible that the cost of any repairs may be covered. If you are unsure if the manufacturers or used car warranty will cover the repairs needed, our trained service advisors will let you know before any work is undertaken.
All vehicles visiting our service department will also receive a free vehicle health check. To arrange a convenient appointment please use our service booking form to outline your preferred services and date, we will then get back to you to confirm this booking.
MOT
At Taylors of Boston Peugeot Dealer, Taylors of Skegness Ford Dealer, Taylors Ford Service of Boston, and Taylors of Boston Vauxhall Dealer, we are also authorised to carry out vehicle MOTs.
You may have an MOT test carried out up to one calendar month before the expiry date, whilst still preserving the MOT due date, thus providing a maximum of 13 months cover.
Our MOT technicians are fully qualified and meet the MOT testing standards needed to carry out an MOT test.
Our MOT technicians also undertake annual training and assessment through the Drivers and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), to ensure they are fully up to date with the MOT regulations.
MOTs become compulsory for new cars once they reach their third birthday from the date of registration and are then required annually.
When we carry out an MOT should any areas need attention to pass the MOT, we will consult you before undertaking any repairs required.
